Shadow Therapy was a psychology education project created to raise awareness about the importance of emotions and emotional education. The project focused on translating complex psychological concepts into accessible, human-centered content through strategic branding, visual identity, and storytelling. By developing and designing the brand from the ground up, the initiative aimed to normalize emotional exploration, encourage self-reflection, and position emotional awareness as a key element of personal growth and mental well-being.
